Number of follicles -- help!

I had an ultrasound this morning and the nurse counted a total of 10 antral follicles (6 on left ovary, 4 on right), on day 3 of my cycle. I had normal day 3 bloodwork.
Is 10 a good or bad number on day 3? HELP!
