no period, high BBT, negative test, definate ovulation, 18 DPO

I am on cycle day 35, my normal length is 27 days. I am 42, TTC, and took 25 MG of Clomid CD 5-9. It is now 18 DPO, my temps rise everyday, I have low BBT, very rarely get in the 98's, now I am 98.1. 2 negative pregnancy tests, went to doctor for blood panel, not heard back yet. I have never missed a period in 30 years except for the pregnancy of my son. FSH level is only 4.2, all preliminary tests are in the normal range. I have one functional cyst on my left ovary, 2x1.9 cm, it does bother me and has bothered me more this month, have had it 3 months now. What to do? Gained weight and have been on a diet, not what I expected, I walk 3.3 miles almost everyday, trying to lose 15 pounds.
