No luck trying for a baby

Hey nicky, if AF doesn't show by Sunday I am not going to test. I am waiting...I have a blood test scheduled on tuesday 9/15 so we'll see then :) I AM PRAYING SO HARD THAT THIS ROUND WILL WORK. If not then I am onto my first IUI next round....I'm pretrified too. I have no idea what to expect, or if its painful.

If however you do have to move on to IUI dont even give it a second thought x you've already done the hcg shot that's as bad as it gets for iui i promise. The other needles are so tiny and thin you'll have to double check that they've gone it. I was worried the first time that i hadn't put it in and i wasted all the stuff lol. The iui its self only takes a couple of mins and is not painful at all its a little bit like having a pap thats it so don't be worrying about that i promise you'll handle it no bother x

So did you have to give yourself a shot everyday, more than once, etc? I'll make sure to have DH do that because I couldn't do it myself :(

I am crossing my fingers that I don't have to go that route..but if I do at least I know who to come to if I have questions :D

Hey Nicky, just an update. AF showed today. Going to the dr. Tuesday for my day 3 u/s to make sure there are no cysts like last time. I'm praying to god I don't have to sit out this next round. I want to be able to start the clomid right away and get started with the IUI. My doctor is going to be changing up my clomid days this next cycle. I was taking the clomid days 5-9 I will now be taking it days 3-7.

So we'll see what happens at the doctor on tuesday. I'll keep you posted.

No I'm not really okay, I am not coping with this 2nd try very well :( maybe because I saw how upset DH was this time. I know he doesn't see it this way, but I feel like I failed...you know what I mean. Its definitely the hormones making me all emotional. And this time with AF I actually feel sick, and nauseous. yuck!

I am praying there are no cysts tomorrow when I go to the doctor. I go at 8am so we'll see...then its onto IUI for me...

Oh babes, i know its so hard, i always feel like its my fault too but i know it does me no good to think like that and i know your dh doesn't think like that either i know he's a sweetie pie and he's prob more upset this time because you were too but its not your fault you have to keep telling yourself that x

Keep positive hun and focus on the next cycle and we'll take it from there. You've always got loads of support from me when you need it x or if you just want to vent feel free x helps me to be mad at someone other then myself lol x

Hi hun, well some great news!!!! I don't have to sit out this cycle YEAAAAAA! So cysts hanging out. Dr. also said, they free pretty confident about the IUI working...my uterine lining is GREAT! All my levels are perfect. Dr. also thinks the CM might be causing the problem with not getting pregnant. So they messed with my meds a little bit. Now I'm taking the clomid days 3-7 instead of 5-9 like before. So I am reallllllly keeping my fingers crossed this time. I am hoping for the best...
