negative hpt - too early?

Still too early for an hpt...in 12dpo one should know...

Dr. Q,

If one gets a bfn at 12dpo, how likely is it to be a bfp in a day or so? I know it is possible just curious how often you have heard of it. I know all tests aren't the same and some are stronger than other but if one is preggo will it often show up on a sensitive test by 12dpo/12dpiui? THANKS!!!

Thanks, I tested today 11dpIUI and got a bfn of course I know it can be too early and will test again tomorrow. Feeling some cramps which can be a sign of either AF or BFP....you know how it is :O) THANKS for writing back :O)

Jen: haven't tested again yet. I want to wait until Thursday or Friday if I can. I have a blood test on Friday. Hope this helps.
