Hey Malinda...........Hope gave great advice, but if you get confused with your counts start tracking with a calendar. Also you could just BD everyother day. Then there will always be sperm there waiting for the egg. But like Hope said if you cycle is very long or very short there may be some other issues! Good luck!

Count the day of full flow as the start day of ur cycle. Keep counting until the day before your next full flow starts. Thats your cycle length.
To know when u shud be active, count 14 days backwards from ur next period start date. that is ur most fertile days. So, have sex starting 5 days before ur most fertile day and 1 day after.
IF its hard to predict ur next period start date, then buy ovulation kits from the store and start testing from day 9 of ur cycle until u get a + and have sex that time.
If ur periods dont fall within the 21-35 days range u need to see a Dr who will Rx meds to regulate ur cycle and help u get preggo
