Need help for a friend

One of my friends just got her BFP today and she's bleeding.she told me that she was bleeding so heavy that she had to go to the ER.at the ER they told her that her PROGESTERONE was low.no only is she bleeding but she also has seen clots.the ER doctor hasn't told her if it was a miscarriage or not.do you think she's miscarrying? she told me she still has all her symptoms.
