It depends on the units of measurements. In the states, we measure progesterone in ng/mL units, but I think in the UK it is measured in nmol/L. Either way in either unit, the values are excellent demonstrating an adequate luteal phase. If this is 44 ng/mL, then this is indicative of superovulation, since the value is higher than normal, or of pregnancy, of which a pregnancy test should be ordered soon after if this is a possibility.
