my husband is taking antibiotics while we're trying to conceive

his antibiotics are cipro and flagyl and we're trying to conceive while he is on treatment, and successfully i am pregnant now, does it affect his sperm count or in the future, does it affect the fetus? hoping for your reply..

Well, I can tell you that cipro is used sometimes for men who have some sort of infection in the sperm.... and when hub was put on it, we were not advised to change our TTC practices. I don't know anything about flagyl.
