Yikes! I literally almost passed out before I stuck the needle in my belly! But it didn't hurt at all! ...its just hard to convince yourself to stick yourself with a needle!

Backup: apparently clomid doesn't work on me :( I have PCOS and am taking metformin...injectables were the next step...

Anyone else doing them this month? Or thinking about it?

if you have pcos, you have to be very careful about over stimulating and getting too many follies! Have you seen the show "jon and kate plus 8?" She has pcos and did injectables. ha! Your doctor will monitor you very closely to make sure you just have a few good follies before doing an IUI or triggering you! :)

Well, I have to finish my round of birth control pills but I will be taking 112.5 Gonal F and a vile of Menopur daily. I hope everything works out for you. Is yours the powder mixed with solution? I am so afraid that I am going to mess that up!

TTC- i messed it up one day when i had to use more than one vial! ha! so, follow directions carefully and talk to your nurse so she can show you! :) but it relly is easy once you know!

Thanks, sometimes I get so anxious I psych myself out. I'am on day 26 of b/c pills so I should be starting soon.

Babyque-Well, you were right, Menopur isn't that bad once you figure out what your doing! I recently read about your BFP. I hope that I have as much success as you did. Congrats. Healthy, happy nine months to you and your little bean.
