My 2 Week check up at 26 weeks!!

Well all went well the babies are growing like crazy..Baby B has caught up with baby A since i have been on bed rest..they both are weighing in at 1 pound and 13 ounces...weighing right on target he maternal fetal Spec said so i am happy about that..I have gained 3 pounds in 2 weeks so i am up on gaining the weight now since i have been on bed rest..he said that was the best for me to be on bed rest so that i can gain all the weight that i need.plus being at home i can eat more during the day you know because i have access to more foods and a different variety of foods..

but my question is how many oz's are in a pound does any one know..i thought that it was 13 oz but i could be wrong? but let me know if you know..

Also i will be repeating the FTN test at 28 weeks that will be at my next 2 week check up..so lets pray that is still negative..

I hope is well with all..Me Arianna and Amaria and Daddy are dong great over here just trying to gain this weight so that babyies can be big and healthy and getting some good rest on bed rest before the babies get here..Take care ladies

Glad things are going well and that you are gaining the weight you need. Def. enjoy the bed rest and relaxing until they get here. I know that has to be great. Cant wait to hear how the next appointment goes adn im sure it will go great!

Summer... are you seeing your doc every 2 weeks now? My dic didn't start that until I was like 32 or 33 weeks. I don't really like her that much. I just now start seeing her every week... I'm 36 1/2 weeks! For twins, I am lucky I haven't delivered yet!!!

Hi Sam Yeah I started seeing her every two weeks in my 2nd trimester. We do prenatal stuff at these visits and then i still have my U/S visit every 4 weeks with the Maternal fetal specialist. The practice that i go to was recommended by my RE he said that the specialize in high risk births and pregnancy. All my U/S and stuff like that is done by a Maternal Fetal spec doc and i see him every 4 weeks and the OBGYN i see her every two weeks where they weigh me and do a urine sample and measure my stomach..to me its a waste of time but whatever is best for the girls..When i get into the 3rd trimester i will go every week..when is the 3rd trimester anyways?

Congrats Famera! That's wonderful that the babies are doing well and great in weight! yay!! You are gonna have two healthy beautiful little ones!!! Can't wait to see pics when they are born!!!

Wow Sam she didnt start seeing you every 2 weeks until 32 weeks. Holy crap. Im only having one and my doctors office starts the every 2 weeks @ 28weeks, from what I remember.
