MTHFR Mutation of C677T

I just got my results back fromt my RE and they said I have the above mutation (2 copies). They said I will have to go on a medication called Falarad(?spelling?). Also I have to take folic acid and a baby acid.

I usually place my patients who have this mutation on a medicine called metanx or Folguard. This is extra folic so therefore you should not have to take folic acid in addition to this, just a prenatal vitamin. Also, I think the other medicine the RE suggested was baby aspirin, this will just make your blood a little less likely to clot to help prevent miscarriages.
