Welcome! We never really know when ovulation will occur when counting forward from a period. However, if you count backwards from a period, you can always say you ovulated about 14 days from then...
You can learn much more about the menstrual cycle by searching this site, and/or finding a post I started by searching the word "pituitary"... Good luck, and keep us posted...
