morning after pill

I have read that morning after pill can cause some cycle changes? Last month I used Norlevo and my period come right on time. But this month my period is late and I'm not pregnant. Can be the morning after pill the cause of my late period?

the morning after pill can be notorious in delaying your cycle...
however, if one had already ovulated (many times people don't know if they did/did not), then your period will not be altered as the morning after pill is simply high dose Progesterone and/or Estrogen
