Missed period... brownish discharge...TTC

Hi. I am trying to conceive. I always have a regular cycle. I am 10 days late. i have all tests until now negative. now i have brownish spotting. am i pregnant? I had been to the lab today to get a blood test. she told me to wait for a week. Later i saw this brown discharge. is it my period or implantation bleeding hopfully?
