Hello Doctor,
I will be doing IUI this month. I am on combination cycle of 100Mg Clomid & Follistim (150 IU/day for 5 days). I was suppose to start the Follistim 150 IU last night(Saturday), but I had an anxiety attack, once my husband brought out the needle and refused the injection. I cried my self to sleep, but anyways, I came to my senses and had the injection this morning (Sunday). The injection was soooo easy, I iced and did not feel a thing. I felt so stupid for having all these fears. My question is, should I give myself another dose of injection tonight to make up for the missed dosage on saturday? Or should I wait till Monday night to continue the injections?

I would not take another dose to make up and continue taking your meds daily as instructed, wait til Monday, as another dose may recruit more follicles, and simply let your RE know.
