Miscarriage Chromosome abnormality..will it happen again?

Dear Dr. Q,

My sister had a miscarriage at 12 weeks, and apparently it was due to an abnormality in Chromosome 22, what does that mean, and can she have in the future a normal pregnancy..a healthy boy or girl? Thank u! I hope there I can give her encouraging news...

This is most likely a random event and should be able to have a normal child...
