Ok i have this very embarassing question but i really want to know!
I was watching a show on tv and they said that orgasms usually early on can bring on an early miscariage?
As it does make it contract and thats what you need to avoid?
Is this true??

Kind of shows you that what you may see on TV or read on the internet (ummm, well, hope not the case with this site) isn't always true...
Orgasms for the most part should not cause an increase in miscarriages. Yes, the contractions the uterus creates makes sense, but not scientifically proven to be true. We do, however, when an embryo is transferred after IVF, do prohibit intercourse since we manually manipulated the uterus by placing a catheter through the cervix and into the uterus to avoid these contractions on this "free-floating" embryo...
