Dr q, is that also true (about poor quality egg or sperm) for a late miscarriage, like 13w?

Poor egg quality is different than Chromosomally Abnormal...Where as a "poor quality" egg/embryo can produce a normal/healthy fetus but at much reduced probability...a chromosomally abnormal embryo (which can be of excellent quality mind you) will not produce a normal fetus...
Hence, if miscarriages are primarily due to chromosomally abnormal embryos, these have nothing to do with their quality...
However, if a chromosomally normal "poor quality" embryo takes off, everything will be normal and shouldn't result in a miscarriage under most circumstances that late...

Thank you Dr.Q for your answer. I haven't seen my doctor yet since I have done the tests. But so far that I know the tests were normal there was nothing wrong with it, but I would like to see the doctor and ask her more questions, maybe for more tests. First of all my husband has a very bad sperm, nomobility and the count is very, very low. He is not able to get me pregnant natural way. Are there any ather tests that I can do? Thank you in advance.

The vast majority of the time, the reason for miscarriage tends to be an embryo chromosome abnormality...in which either it was a "bad" egg or sperm that was actually fertilized and grew...
Sometimes though, some REs at this point would consider performing a Recurrent Pregnancy Loss laboratory panel to make sure there isn't something else affecting miscarriage...
You're doing everything right, we encourage you if possible to continue trying and are hopeful this next time your pregnancy will stick...
