I found out I was pregnant in May I went to my firist office visit in June had an ultrasound that week and was told there was no baby just s sac with no baby measuring 5 wks on June 19 I had a d and c my hcg levels were at 12000 it has been 4 weeks since my d and c today I took a hpt and it came back positive couldit be left over hormones from the last pregnancy or a new pregnancy?

It could be. Have you had a normal period since the D+C? Mine took 6 wks to the day to come back. The only way to know for sure is to go have a blood test done. Good Luck and I am so sorry for your loss, Ive been in your shoes twice this year! :)

Welcome Lupe,

Just like Jessica said, it most likely is left over from the miscarriage (although one can't be 100% sure without watching the hCG values to see which way they're going)
