Mild cramping after home insemination

My partner and I inseminated twice at home this month. Once on the 10th and then again on the 11th. We followed all the instructions instructions from our sperm bank to the T. Starting last night and into the present I have mild cramping and was wondering if that means anything? My cramps are very mild, nothing like my pms cramps but my lower back on the side I think I ovulated on also is slightly tender. Any idea what's going on? Thank you
