The mucus plug for all intensive purposes is of little clinical significance for Ob/Gyns...
The 3 cm I'm assuming is the internal Os, which is the accurate reading, and not the external Os of the cervix (big difference)...If only the external Os, again of little clinical significance, if internal, then that's the true value..
The miconazole is usually said to be Ok to use..
