some time my periods comes after 2-3 months & some times they are regular every month , but there is a gap of two or three months it will linger on for 10 to 12 days .I am fed up at that time please suggest me what to do either it may be stopped or get it regular

If your birth year is 1962, then it's most likely perimenopause
You can have them regular by either being on hormone replacement therapy in the interim or bcps, up to you..
