Meds to start AF and to ovulate

Ok so I know that there are a few different meds out there that can make you start AF and to make you ovulate. I just wanted to know what kind of meds you ladies have tried and what kind of side effects you got from them. I have an appt on the 11th and so far I am on CD 94, so Im pretty sure they will be giving me something to make me start!
