I would also recommend he see a urologist, he may have developed a variocele. He can try various different vitamins for men, I am not allowed to name specific ones, but they do exist, also, improving diet and eating more protein, green vegetables, and increasing hydration, may help...

thanks all. He did see a urologist, has blood work done and a semen analysis and the conclusion was that his count was low. So low that even with an IUI, we wont get pregnant. I just cant belive that clomid and invetro are our only options. Perhaps we will switch urologists....

Yes the urologist said the clomid would be for him. Although his hormone levels were normal, it may increase the sperm count and motility. The dr checked for variocele as well and said he does not have this. All blood work came back looking good as well. So looks like clomid and invetro are our only two options. We even took Fertilaid for men and women and that doesnt seem to be doing anything for him...

Ren, my DH had a terrible sperm count, bad morphology, and bad motility. The dr pretty much said we wouldn't get pregnant. My husband quit drinking mountain dew so much starting last Oct. He also started taking natural supplements from Standard Process through our chiropractors. In April we found out we were pregnant with absolutely no iui's or IVF treatments. I did clomid but had taken my last dose back in Dec so that didn't have anything to do with it. I say lots of prayer and the supplements and not drinking mountain dew did it. Thanks Ren, when we had totally given up and quit trying is when it happened. Its so funny cuz so many people say well quit trying and it will happen and I sooo did not believe them! Baby Dust!!

hi my hubby had the samething so when we wanted our 1st he was given zinc that helped the sperm and for the other 2 he was on tribulus 20000that help him and now hes on it again for our 4th it take about 10 day before it starts working good luck
