Male infertility
We have been trying to conceive for 20 months, I have 2 children,my husband has none. My husband has been told he has a low sperm count and low mobility, Is there anything we can do to help this,we have changed to boxer shorts and addressed our diets, although we are both quite fit and not obese. Is there any chance a problem could lie with me also as my youngest child is 4 now and anything could happen in 4 years!

Hi Emma,
Chances are that we should address the issue with your husband...We have to determine how low the sperm count is given that you've tried for almost 2 years now.
If only mildly low, then the issue can be addressed with simple IUIs. If very low, then there may be no other recourse than to do IVF with ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) I(lease check this site for more info).Even if you have to under such procedures, given that you're 29, have children and it may be this male factor, your prognosis remains excellent for starting a family with him
