hey bebe! I wanted to chime in and say first that i am sorry for your losses.
I have been seeing an RE (fertility doctor) for a little over a year now. I have 2 chldren that i had no issues conceiving that are 11 and 9 right now. In the last year i have had 2 m/c and they can not tell me why. I have gone thru IUI's and IVF. Every test i have is very normal.
My RE always puts me on progesterone after ovulation just as a precaution, maybe they can do that for you as well. Just vaginally insert them each night about 4 days after ovulation.
I will be going thru some chromosomal testing as well as other tests with my DH now to see if there is something wrong with the 2 of us having children sicne the other 2 children i have were with my ex-hubby.
Good luck to you!

Would be a good idea to get a recurrent miscarriage work-up to see if there's a cause for all of this, including a uterine cavity evaluation..
If all is normal, you will still have a 60% chance of having a normal pregnancy next time
