Mystik... Im not good with charts but I know that as long as u have a dip then a spike then u have O'ed.

I would deff go with the the OPK tho. That will deff tell u if u did O or not. As u shouldnt keep testing after the 1st + OPK.

If ur temps stay high then that could indicate that u could be preggo. If ur temp drops then that could be a indication that AF is coming.

Charting to me is alittle confusing so that is why I dont do it.. LOL! And I dont get up at the same time everyday.

Also everything could change the temp in ur body so u have to remember that also.

hi katie so you are saying that being that i got my first positive opk on cd 14 it is a good idea that i o'd around then being that it was neg on cd 15 is that what you are saying.

I actually think the calendar is right...you can o 48 hours after surge. A positive opk is NOT the day you actually o...

hi baby have you ever seen or heard of temps this high after o? it just worries me that there is something wrong i mean most women say that theirs are a bit lower than mine so i was just wondering

Mystik.. yes the OPK is right. U will O 12-36 hours after the + so it could have been CD14-15 or 16 that u released the egg. The OPK just detects the surge of LH and that gives u a good idea that u are getting ready to O.

Ur temps will be up until u get AF and then they will drop but lets hope that they dont and u get a BFP!!

I have been charting for 6 months but am by no means an expert. I agree that you ovulated on CD 16. If you had ovulated earlier then your temp would have spiked earlier.

Your temps are not abnormally high. don't worry.
