Letrozole vs. clomiphene citrate

From clinical experience, and this doesn't mean that this is true, but it appears that letrozole has fewer side-effects, such as hot flashes/mood swings...Estrogen and Progesterone supplementation usually isn't necessary but talk to your doc for your specific case...
