Length of Period

Hi Amanda, usually after Provera the period is lighter because it is just a breakthru bleed to kick start a cycle and not an actual period where u would have a full flow. Its normal because there is not much lining to shed coz, inorder to have a good lining and stuff u shud have ovulated and since u didnt, ur Dr gave u provera.

So... I could possibly still ovulate this month even though my period was so light? I start femara in a couple of days...

Your period is always a consequence of the previous cycle's ovulation. So, current cycle ovulation has nothing to do with the light period. If you ovulate this cycle, ull have a normal period (without provera) if not preggo.
