i wanna know where i can get some of that laughing gas meghan....... sounds like something i would enjoy! LOL!

Does any one know if laughing gas (aka nitrous oxide.. i think) that they give you at the dentist is safe to take while bf'ing?
I'm going monday to get 2 cavities filled.. and I don't do dental work without nitrous.. so I need to know so that I can pump if I need to, so that it doesn't hurt Christian.
I know when you are pregnant, you can't be around it b/c it can cause brain defects in the fetus.
My midwife mentioned calling the pregnancy risk hotline and they would have the info.. but i can't find any such number.....
