late ovulation?

I ovulated on CD 22. Now is it true that when u O late your eggs are not of good quality? Im scared that might be my case. I usually O around CD 22 every cycle.

This is mostly true in older patients (>38) and in those who are undergoing IVF with a poor response to injectable gonadotropins

I ovulated around the same time if not later and I got preggo that cycle and have a healthy baby.
