late ovulation = poor egg quality

hello doctor
I normally get a positive OPK on day 19. I have a 3yo and have had I miscarriage. I read a response that if you ovulate late in your cycle you have poor quality eggs. Is their anything I can do to shorten my cycle? Will this increase egg quality? Or is this it for me?
