I liked the pillars because it made the cake taller.

I didnt know that this post would get so much attention. LOL! Im glad it did. I can use some of your ideas to see if DH wants to change ours alittle if u all dont mind.

We had it custom made from our own design, each layer looked like a present and each square was decorated differently... the whole thing was edible.. even the flowers.. then we hade some real flowers around the table, I had a rather large wedding, so it was pretty big
