Oh and yes if the placenta is in the front, then that might be doing it. Wait til she's right under your ribs, lol!
Ladies- Question about Fetal Movement

Hi there- I am 18 weeks pregnant tomorrow- Ive felt a few bubbling things, one undeniable tap and really nothing else much.
Im still not showing- ( I was overweight to begin with and havent gained at all the whole pregnancy infact I lost to begin with and am now back at starting weight- which IM not complaining about) but Im wondering if this is ok...
I will be 18 weeks tomorrow- and have had all excellent ultrasounds- its a girl! And I was told that I have an anterior placenta- which Im thinking is blocking the earliest movements??
Can you provided some reassurance? :)

Yep a girl!!Im so thrilled- Id of been happy with anything. I get ultrasounds at every 4 week appt since I have had high blood pressure in the past- now controlled with meds, but they are more cautious. We found out at the last appt which was June 13th!! :) It was awesome when she said.... its a... and she paused and I was like OMG you are killing me! LOL
LMAO- CHICKEN SKIN! Does that mean goosebumps.. LMAO Im so gonna use that one.. LOL IM laughing out loud... LOL
Yes I know we were lucky- and I have a 20 week scan, the long one where they measure everything in about 2 weeks- so Im very excited about that. They make you a DVD of the whole thing, so hopefully Ill be able to post at least some of it on here for you all to see :) And it was a 90% guess we got- since A it was early and B the cord was going right between her legs and up her but cheeks.. LOL

Congrats Lori~!! I didnt know that you were having a little girl!!! How exciting! I had my fetal assessment last week at 19 wks 2 days, the same as what you are going for in a couple of weeks. I wouldnt worry about the movement and weight! I am 20 weeks today and just feeling kicks now. I have been feeling flips and flops and flutters for a while but only now have the kicks really started~!
Thanks Crystal- Ive been feeling very gassy lately- like bubbles here and there- and Im hoping to wake up and have a belly someday! I just have this strange indentation there- like from my belly button all the way around.. weird! You are looking good and getting closer and closer :) Thanks for the reassurance :)
