i need some help i know ive heard some of you work for insurance companies and im so confused about mine my company just switched from a hmo to a ppo from what i understand know i have to pay my deductible which is 3000 dollars before i can have anything done i finally get an app to see a re and they change my insurance if any of you can shed some light on this subject i would be so greatful :)

Unfortunately, insurance matters depend on the state you are in and the requirements for that particular company. I know in the state of Nevada, I have seen insurance companies like Aetna, United and BCBS have some coverage for IVF. Cigna occasionally has coverage for IUIs. Good luck with this!!!
