Lack of Symptoms??

This month I did Femara 5 mg daily, Bravelle injections, I took the Ovidrel trigger shot last Friday evening and started Prometrium suppositories on Monday. I am actually worried that I DON't have sore boobs this month?? My only real symptoms have been upset stomach off and on(some diarrhea), and very tired! Have been taking a nap every afternoon. Is this normal?
