Hello,

Doctor says we do maybe 6 iui, three with clomid and then three with injectables. (ALL paid for by my insurance.)

Doctor says after 6 iui we will go with ivf that is NOT paid for by my insurance.

Question: Is there ANY hope to go through all the iuis? Or should we jump to the ivf and the greater cost to save time?

Hi Rob! Even with a 6mil sperm count it will go down even lower after the "wash" so the best option for you and your wife will be IVF+ICIS. Most clinics are looking for at least 10mil because of the "wash" numbers. Wish you luck and ***babydust***

it cost's me 330 dollars a month for the iui and semen wash thats total!

IVF should be strongly considered after 6 total failures, especially with a very low Kruger Morphology in which ICSI should be used with IVF..
