well I have to drink at least 96 oz of water a day. He put me on 3 different types of vitamins, which my RE approved since I am just taking BC. He also made a special blend of herbs for me to take as a tea. It is so nasty but it does help me relax and sleep better. I have to walk outside for at least 30 minutes a day 4 times a week. I can use the treadmill if its raining. He actually gave me special breathing technique to help calm me.
