Hello, I am a vetern IVFer, I went through 6 cycles of IVF before I concieved Jordan, my son who just turned two in June. I am starting Lupron on July 27th and since I am a poor responder I will be taking 450 IU of Follistim and 175 or more Menopur! I have had Laps, and HSC's and tons of medical procedures but it was worth that and more for Jordan.

Hopefully I can complete 1 IVF cycle and get maybe 2 babies because my DH says that is it. They have to do TESE almost every cycle and ICSI and AH every cycle. Wishing those on this IVF rollercoaster, lots of follicles, lots of 8+ embroyos, lots thick lining and lots of BFPs!!!

I will be your buddy. I am currently doing a FET. I started my PIO on Saturday. It doesn't hurt at all for once, lol. My transfer is Thursday. I won't have my beta until the 1st of August.

I never had anything to freeze!!! Lucky you but the PIO is no joke:( Well I will be sending I guess what they call babydust.....to you on Thursday.

My RE went with a thinner needle, which helps alot. This is it for us as well. There are others in going through IVF as well. I know Rose and Primaash should be starting soon. Thanks for the babydust. You will end up with lots and lots of mature follies!!

Ooh, thiner needle....What gauge are you using? Since you are doing a FET, I assume you had a fresh cycle...

Woohoo with any luck i will be doing my first ever ivf ...yep thats right i am a first timer but think i will get the job done with the help of you ladies. Kan ya know i better get a text after transfer...and 2babies all the babydust in the world to you also.so i got af after the pill today.

I go get my cysts checked if there gone and dr gives the go ahead should be starting lupron the day i go for my u/s.

Will let everyone know and keep you all up to date on progress and things if not me im sure Kan will.

Hey Rose and Hope,

I guess I should have added my name is Karen, all variations were taken so 2 babies have double meaning. 1 hope to have a second child and 2. hope to have twins. With those who don't have fertility issues wanting a second child does not seem greedy but for us it seems like I should be grateful for my son.

Rose I have been through it and like anything the first time is always the scariest.. and hopefully it would be the only time!!!

2babies i also have 2 children hun but that doesnt stop the want to for more hildren.some mothers have the want to and can love and care for children...others have these children and dont have a care for them.anyway its a long road anyway we look at it first timers are second timers we here for each other thats what counts.my sons are 22 and 9 and im remarried to a grand man that has none of his own.and i would so like to share children with him also.:)
