Journey Update
September 10, 2008
We went to Cancun for a week for a Babymoon. The beach was lovely but Mexico was way too hot for me.
I'm 12 weeks now and had a midwife appointment this morning. I've gained a pound and a half and the baby's got a good heartbeat. My uterus is starting to move up and I get my ultrasound prescription at my next visit on October 13th. So hopefully when I get the next ultrasound on October 20th we'll find out the sex.
We're looking to move and buy a new house before baby comes because I can't bring myself to next in the apartment. DH is struggling to deal with the changes in me that pregnancy has brought like food aversions, inability to cook or do dishes without vomiting, slightly elevated reactions to things and shortened temper. Other than that nothing's new.
