ivf stopped

well today was thw hardest day i have had in a long time . i just dont under stand it full dose of metapure .1 of suprefact and 225 of puragon and still only 3 eggs.2 at 1.8 and 1 at 1.4. the doc tolds me i might want to think of stopping this cycle.i asked him what was going to be different next month he said he is going to do thigs different i dont understand how he is going to make more eggs next month but thats what he said . dr q is there anyway that my body will just not produce enough eggs for ivf? please let me no what u think. thank you
