Actually, the only thing that is needed for your DH is to give a sample to the clinic the day of your retrieval. I doubt if they will charge you extra for that,

Yes it should just be a couple hundred if they do a preservation sample..meaning they will freeze one sample just in case for whatever reason, he can't perform the day of ret. Otherwise maybe a hundred or so for his sample that day....

Ok, I just looked it up on my insurance online. They billed 270 for my dh's frozen sample and 220 for his fresh sample. That was going thru insurance, so maybe cash price could be cheaper.
