Are the odds of implantation after IVF the same as when an egg gets fertilized the natural way? Also, is IVF more successful in women who seem to have no problems and are just dealing with male factor?

elaine success of ivf depends a lot on female age ,quality of embryos,quality of eggs,quality of sperm,the uterus having no abnormalities....with male factor they do icsi so male factor is virtually eliminated.baby dust!

Agree, and IVF is much more successful for anyone, including people with no problems ttc
