Is low back pain normal on 2nd day after embryo transfer?

Hi I had my transfer yesterday of 2 great quality embies. I'm 28. Today I wake up in the middle of the night with nagging low back pain. Can anyone tell me if this is normal or what can I do about it? Have u experienced it? What does It mean? I am concerned. Thx u.

Forgot to mention I just put an ice pack for a fe minutes on low back. Hasn't made a difference yet.
