I read on several sites that you can take a b-6 tablet and half a unisom as needed for nausea. I also bought sea bands which are amazing.. and I swear by even the smell of ginger... but I want to know all my options
Is it really safe to take 1/2 tab of unisom for vomiting?

these options you presented are very safe for prevention of nausea/vomiting during pregnancy.
