Is it possible that I'm not ovulating even if the ovulation test is positive?

If you do have PCOS, Clomid alone may not be enough to help you ovulate. It looks like from your pic, you and I might be built quite similarly and it's very common for gals built like us to have trouble TTC and to suffer from PCOS. I've had more than one doc tell me to try to lose weight to increase my chances of conceiving. I did, however, conceive my daughter naturally.
But this time, we know that my husband's sperm is the greater factor of our infertility. Has your hubby been checked? You being on Clomid could be pointless if your hubby hasn't also had his semen tested. Your OB/GYN should be able to order a semen analysis.
Back to PCOS.... a big part of it is insulin resistance and the drug often Rx for it, Metformin, does often help with weight loss for those with PCOS. Your doc would need to do a blood sugar test and insulin test to see if you appear to have insulin resistance.
Babydust!
Have you had hubby's sperm checked?
Now a heads up with PCOS it can be diagnosed by your medical provider of course; however, if you have 2 of the following 3 symptoms present:
1) Increased bodily hair growth
2) Increased blood testosterone levels
3) Absent or infrequent periods, and/or the appearance of polycystic appearing ovaries on ultrasound.
Then a follow up with blood work on your hormone levels and u/s and such should be done.
