Is it normal to have twinges of pain after a laparoscopy?

I had a lap/hysterocopy about 5 days ago. they found quite a bit of endo and my tubes were both blocked. They cleaned it all up. I have felt good the past few days but I just get these sudden twinges of pain in my pelvic area. Last night it felt like my right ovary was very sore (they removed some endo from my right ovary) and today I am getting twinges (sudden sharp pains) in my left side. I am also still bleeding a bit (spotting watery red/pink) stuff. Is this normal?
