is it harder to get pregnant with only one ovary?

I had a close friend that only has one ovaryand her fiance only one testicle (what are the odds, right?), and she was taking the pill and missed a prescription of her meds and got pregnant that very month. so be positive!!

no-normally your ovaries take turns every other month releasing an egg, but with one ovary, it just releases an egg every month. I only have one ovary and that is how it was explained to me by both my OB and RE.
