Today I'm 12 dpo I had counted incorrectly before. And I had cramping that only lasted like TWO hours. Then came blood not enough to cover a pad it only left 2 dots and I had it on for about 4 hours until I used the bathroom again. I wiped and there was blood with clear cervical mucus. It took like 2 to 3 wipes for all of it to not be visible anymore. I know its not my period because I usually have BAD cramps for the 1st two days. Can it be twins Or something else

We doc's generally don't believe in the notion of implantation bleeding, just some simple breakthrough bleeding. We do hope you'll get your BFP!
