absolutely! there is no reason why gatorade isn't safe. However, try to drink water too...you don't want to just be drinking sugary drinks! :)

If you are unable to keep anything down, call your OB. I believe there are some anti nausea meds you can take, and worst case you can get hooked up to an IV if you are really dehydrated.

Yes its safe. I drink it during my pregnancy. Not a ton of it but I do drink it on occasion. You'll be fine! :)
